NOOK for Windows 8 is an ebook reading app and library for Windows 8 and Windows RT. Also available to download for your Ipad or Android Tablet. Suitable to read ePub, PDF formats. Calibre in not only an eBook Reader but it can also convert from a huge number of formats to a huge number of formats: example: LIT, MOBI, EPUB, HTML, PRC, RTF, PDB, TXT, PDF. It supports all the major e-book formats including the Kindle Reader & Sony EReader along with many more formats.
Mobipocket Reader for PC has a similar layout to iTunes and gives you a more Kindle-like experience on the Netbook than the actual Kindle for PC software can provide.
